The urea crusher is a specialized equipment designed specifically for crushing urea particles (or agglomerated urea). Its core function is to break down industrial urea particles with a diameter less than 4mm and dampened, agglomerated urea into fine powder that meets the requirements of subsequent processes. The equipment is designed based on the physical properties of urea, which are "easy to absorb moisture, low in hardness, brittle and prone to breaking". It avoids the problem of urea melting or agglomeration caused by high temperature and high pressure in traditional crusher. It adopts the principle of low temperature and low impact for crushing, ensuring that the urea powder after crushing has high purity and no impurity contamination, and is suitable for continuous production lines or intermittent batch operations.
