This product is suitable for use in the production of compound fertilizers where the raw materials form large lumps that are difficult to break. The lower part of the blade has a screening grid, which enables the unqualified materials to undergo secondary breaking.
Using a vertical shaft and double-layer chain sprocket drive, the material is crushed through high-speed rotation. It is also equipped with a rubber plate or 304 stainless steel plate lining, which makes it less prone to sticking and clogging. The core solution addresses the problem of crushing "high hardness, strong stickiness, and easy moisture absorption" materials. It is suitable for the "raw material pre-treatment, return material recovery, and pre-crushing before product classification" sections of the compound fertilizer production line.
The structure is simple and the size is small. It adopts an integrated frame installation, which is very convenient. The entry and exit of materials are uniform and continuous.
