Cage Crusher

This product is suitable for the grinding of urea and diamine. The large and small cages move towards each other, and the materials enter the feeding slot in the middle of the cage bars. The relative speed is 60-90 m/s, ensuring the grinding efficiency, uniformity and stability of the effect.

The cage-type grinder (also known as the cage-type crusher) is a horizontal medium-sized cage-type grinding equipment. Its core structure consists of two sets of mutually interlocking, rotating towards each other at high speed inner and outer worm wheel groups (the large worm wheel group and the small worm wheel group). Each set of worm wheels is driven by an independent motor, and two electric motors drive the inner and outer cage bars to rotate at high speed towards each other. The steel bars generate repeated impact and crushing on the materials from the inside to the outside, thereby achieving the effect of finely grinding the materials. It is mainly suitable for fertilizer and compound fertilizer production and processing enterprises.
