The working principle of the tower-type mixed fertilizer plant
Firstly, at the top of the fertilizer granulation plant, urea, ammonium phosphate, and potassium sulfate are mixed together in a dedicated mixer.
Secondly, the mixed materials will enter the titration forming machine, which is also carried out at the top of our fertilizer equipment.
Thirdly, as the liquid drips down to the bottom of the granulation tower, it gradually forms solid particles.
Finally, the obtained fertilizer will be further cooled by a cooler. After screening, we can obtain qualified fertilizer.
