The production process of organic fertilizer granulation mainly involves crushing and screening the fermented and decomposed organic waste with a moisture content of approximately 30%-35%, then granulating, drying, and shaping it into round organic fertilizers. Adding functional bacteria can produce bio-organic fertilizers.
After the fermented organic waste is subjected to magnetic separation and screening, it is mixed with bonding agents and other raw materials in accordance with the required ratio in the batching and mixing system for measurement, batching, and mixing. The fully mixed material is placed on the fixed belt conveyor in the mixed material distribution system, then sent to the feeding system, and evenly and continuously fed into the impact granulator by the disc feeder to be made into cylindrical (spherical) particles. The particles (cylindrical particles have the same diameter and length) pass through the belt conveyor, are polished and shaped by the round particle polishing and shaping machine to form spherical particles, and are sent into the drying machine for low-temperature high-volume drying (biological fertilizer low-temperature drying machine) (the exhaust gas is treated by the drying exhaust fan dust removal system). Then, it is sent into the cooling and screening machine for air cooling (the exhaust gas is treated by the cooling exhaust fan dust removal system), and the cooled materials enter the screen installed at the end of the cylinder body to separate the powder and large particles, and then return to the mixing and granulation system. The finished particles are transported to the finished material storage bin, and are metered, packaged, and stored by the quantitative packaging system.
