This production line is designed to have an annual output of 300,000 tons of superphosphate, capable of meeting the production demands of a large scale. Through reasonable equipment selection and process design, it achieves continuous and stable production. The production load can be adjusted according to market demand, and it has certain flexibility. The conical mixer is used to achieve rapid and uniform mixing of phosphate rock powder and sulfuric acid, ensuring the sufficiency of the reaction and improving production efficiency.
The belt-forming machine is equipped with an air intake hood and an exhaust gas treatment device, which effectively collects and purifies the harmful gases generated during the forming process, reducing environmental pollution and meeting environmental protection requirements.
The settings of the cutting machine and the roller cutter enable the solidified materials to be cut and crushed twice, making the particle size of the superphosphate product more uniform, which is conducive to packaging, transportation and application.
