Screw conveyor is a mechanical conveying equipment that uses a motor to drive the rotation of the screw blades, thereby pushing and moving the materials for displacement. It is mainly composed of a steel pipe conveying tube (conveyor trough), a screw assembly, an inlet and outlet, and a transmission device, etc. The working principle of the screw conveyor is that the rotating screw blades generate thrust, causing the materials to slide forward along the bottom of the trough under the combined action of their own gravity and the friction force against the trough wall. This product is not only suitable for raw material transportation in the fertilizer industry, but also used in industries such as chemicals, building materials, metallurgy, and grains, for transporting loose powder or small particle materials.
