It is composed of belts, idlers, rollers, tensioning devices, and transmission devices, etc. It operates by relying on the friction force between the transmission roller and the inner surface of the conveyor belt, driving the conveyor belt to move in a circular and repetitive motion along the direction of the supporting idlers. It is suitable for transporting low-abrasive materials that are easy to remove, such as organic matter materials, auxiliary materials, powdered fertilizers, granular fertilizers, etc. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be single-machine conveying or can be coordinated with the conveying requirements of the process in each fertilizer production line, forming a horizontal or inclined conveying system.
