The cyclone dust collector is a dust removal device used to separate non-viscous dry dust from the gas flow. It is mainly composed of an inlet pipe, a cylindrical body, a conical body, an exhaust pipe (inner cylinder), and a dust discharge port. Through the tangential entry of high-speed gas flow, a rotational motion is generated, causing the dust particles to be deflected towards the wall of the device under the action of inertial centrifugal force, and then falling into the ash hopper under the influence of gravity. After the outer swirling gas flow reaches the bottom of the conical body, it converges towards the center of the dust collector and turns into a spiral inner swirling gas flow, finally being discharged through the central exhaust pipe. It is mainly used for the recovery of finished particles and the gas-solid separation in powder material transportation.
