Bag dust collector is a dry dust filtration device based on the filtration principle. It consists of a frame, a dust collection bin, a middle box, an upper box (cleaning chamber), a filter bag assembly, a cleaning device (pulsing valve) and a control system. When the dusty gas enters the dust collector, the large particles and heavy-dense dust are first settled in the dust collection bin under the action of gravity; while the fine dust is blocked and retained when passing through the fibrous filter material. Through the dual effects of "gravity settling + fiber filtration", the gas is deeply purified. It is suitable for various production processes that generate dust in fertilizer production.
