The fertilizer roller screen is a key screening equipment in the fertilizer production line. Its main body consists of components such as the feed hopper, drum, frame, funnel, reducer, motor, and discharge hopper. Through physical pore size differences, it uniformly classifies and separates the finished compound fertilizer products from the returned materials. When the material enters the drum through the feed opening, it is transported by the rotation of the drum. Larger particles flow forward along the slope of the drum and are gradually screened out through different pore size screens to achieve precise size classification. The size of the drum screen mesh is designed according to conventional standards and special requirements of customers to achieve the function of screening and classifying different materials and particles according to different customer requirements.
