The disc granulator is a device for converting powdered materials into spherical shapes. It achieves this by the continuous rotation of the granulation disc, transforming the powdered materials into spherical bodies of a specific size. The main process involves the rotation of the granulation disc, where under the combined effects of gravity, centrifugal force, and the friction between the materials, the materials roll within the disc and are sprayed with misty water or adhesives, causing the core of the material to continuously roll and adsorb powder. When the particles reach the predetermined diameter, they are affected by centrifugal force and overflow from the edge of the disc, completing the granulation process. It is suitable for the production of small and medium-sized compound fertilizers, organic fertilizers, and special fertilizers.

High controllability: By adjusting parameters such as the disc inclination angle, rotation speed, and water addition amount, the particle size (usually 2-8mm) can be flexibly controlled, and the balling rate can reach 70%-90%.
Strong particle compactness: The materials roll and friction within the disc, forming dense spherical particles with high strength and low brittleness.
The disc inclination angle and rotation speed can be adjusted, jointly controlling the rolling trajectory and retention time of the materials, thereby determining the particle size and compactness.
The scraper device prevents material adhesion to the wall, ensuring uniform particle formation.
